What forms of payment do you accept?

How will Scarlet Thistle bill me when I make a purchase?
Upon placing your order with Scarlet Thistle, we will charge the amount of your purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping fees to the credit card you provided during checkout. It will be clearly outlined on your order receipt in the email confirmation. The Scarlet Thistle charge will be listed on your credit card bill as: Scarlet Thistle

Did my order go through?
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with Scarlet Thistle, you will receive an e-mail that contains a detailed summary of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our web site after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, your ship-to and bill-to information, and your shipping method.

When will my order ship?
The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online. You can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email immediately after your package has shipped. After you receive your shipping confirmation e-mail, you can expect to receive your package is 2-3 business days.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your shirt, but if something isn't right, let us know.

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 60 days of original purchase date. If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please send the item back regular mail and include your receipt with the return. We will not reimburse for express shipping. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please state the reason for the return and if you would like to receive a refund or exchange your shirt for different size, color or style.

How should I wash my shirt?
Machine wash cold. Wash dark colors separately. Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Tumble dry low. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean. If the shirt was printed using specialty inks- Glow in the Dark, Foil, Felt, etc, washing inside out helps preserve the ink. The tees are pre-shrunk but may shrink up to an inch in length in a hot dryer.

Can I get some privacy here?!
At Scarlet Thistle, your privacy is our priority. The information we collect about you when you become a member is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site. Our site uses a 128 bit encrypted SSL to increase the security of your information.

How Do You Use the Information We Collect?
Your name and address information is used solely to process orders unless your prior consent is given. Without your consent, this information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfillment.

What about my friend’s email?
You can choose to “email a friend” about a t-shirt design you want them to see…maybe you think it would look great on them …or maybe your birthday is coming up and you just don’t need another coffee mug. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Scarlet Thistle does not store this information and uses it for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.
